I think a 15 cent takeover bid will be lobbed before or after they get new directors.
Independent report would say fully support the deal given current uncertainty legally and depressed earnings. Reasonable multiple on current low earnings.
15 cents 100 percent premium to current price.
Settle with Thai partner and run a decent business with cheaper asian labour.
