Over 2B shares fully diluted. No guarantee they will reach nameplate.
RWD could raise all their equity at 10 cents and still have less shares fully diluted for a project that is almost twice Lake Way AND the board actually has experience in evaporation.
SO4 are all wind and pi$$.
