What makes sense to me is Tony signed off commissioning early which meant the commissioning team is good to go to the next plant around the world to start their new commissioning contract which has left SO4 with no commissioning team which is a major f* up because the engineers who wrote the code have also left so now those that built the plant are no longer there to see this through to production and fix all mistakes they themselves have made. This will not leave suspension until commissioning is completed to save middlemas losing millions. I only think this because I have just been through a commissioning myself with BKW and it’s the only thing that would make sense.

It could definitely be something very different to what I’ve said though so who knows lol if KLL go through to production then SO4 will likely follow considering they’re doing the exact same thing.. I hope. Lol
