In regards to Lewis he had been a bit stagnant for the past couple of months ,could be he was focused on family issues as per announcement or SDV had gone as far as he could take it.
This can happen when you get someone in too grow the business to a certain point but the business may grow to a point where someone else needs to take the reins to take it to next level.
The 2 take over businesses I assume run themselves and that won't change and a lot of the profit I think come from one of the takeover businesses ( Haldon).
Lewis did well to get SDV out of the rut - well done.
Time for someone to get them to the next level from this framework - new CEO credentials will determine where this will go.
