whatever the market does proper management need to have tricks up their sleeves to keep the business running.
eg don't take too much loans, build your cash balance, cut your cost, make staff redundant etc...
if the market goes tits up you still have a safety net or a back up plan.
they couldnt afford paying the construction company their money, they offered shares that went to 0. and they had a court case.
we had the assets in our back yard and now we are going to start from ZERO.
it makes feel WTF seeing him leading this company again ....
