He had signed up with a 6 month probation period, had short term and long term incentive plan. He is gone in 14 weeks. With all his “extensive knowledge and experience” touted in the announcement for his employment this is not good news or the original plan for his tenure. Not only that but NSB will be forced to raise capital before they resubmit and likely at a massive discount to current SP. I’m surprised the SP didn’t totally tank on this. But fools and their money…..
