I think hard to get insights on how much Propeller really contributes to the whole ResMed revenue.
Around $470M through SaaS, 12% of overall revenue, is certainly significant.
Also difficult to see their device coverage and go-to-market strategy.
They address all three groups: patients, insurers and practices on their website.
To me, everything (apart from product development) that happened before the RPM codes in November 2022 is not so important. I still think the lack of adoption is coming from health providers not ready. No doubt it will be the standard at some point.
The device manufacturer with the best inhaler coverage, most user friendly technology and the highest margin for the practice will win the contract.
Let's see how many of those bespoke seven Adherium will get.
