He's gone, he had his chance. If you measure the success of the CEO by the SP then its a perfect match. What next ?

This is a great opportunity for a new young US based CEO who knows what they are doing to throw their everything at ADR over the next 18 months and either crack it or kill it.

There was no joy or reward watching the exiting CEO bleed ADR to death while making his move out of the US, taking his dollar and playing the board for fools. More cheering than tears from his minions on the ground ?

The chairman, what has he done? He has a lot to answer for. New chair and a couple of US Board members who know what they are about with passionate for the business is needed. The Trudell guy has brought nothing and his company even less in terms of commercial value if the total silence on announcements is a measure of his/their success, Hunter would bring more value as an exec advisor to allow a new fresh US board member. Oh, he can't join the advisory board as they have no advisory Board nor Medical advisors - why is that?

ADR has now been on life support 4 times by my reckoning and we still believe - why - because everything says they should succeed - what was Eisteins definition of madness again........something needs to change, radically and fast.
