i wonder if BOD bites the bullet and come clean with shareholders and market now he has gone on what happened….. the historic resource and what the hell he spent the 30mil on might be a good start.
ASX is really a toothless tiger, I think there was stuff here that should have been investigated, primarily around disclosure and the role of competent persons. The BOD should have terminated his employment when he didn’t deliver a JORC….. just a crappy Canadian thing.
I had a chat to a mate recently …. A geologist who has worked in Canada ….. in short, he said he has never seen dodgier stuff.
