It is possible that the other companies in Rockford Partners, e.g. Voltaic, have dud tenements or somehow are stonewalled (e.g. the Ravensthorpe Fiasco with FQM). So they are doing a tenement shuffle, swapping tenements for some cash to pay for the aforementioned microwave oven.
