it may be low liquidity but that's what you'd prefer for a project like this. one that's low capex but high return if they can pull it off. the big players who want a piece of it from the cap growth and potential dividends will pay premiums for it to pry it from those holding tight.
Much better than other companies in the mining space that have billions of share on issue that struggle to push up.
The pfs will hopefully show better metrics than the SS and if they can get the piece capex below 100mil this project is a shoe in. their resource is large scale and there's room to for HVY to play in the global garnet space. IMO a tightly held register is a big plus for when this project really starts moving.
