I think Andrew was capable of fulfilling the role given his past experience in bringing mines into production with Rio Tinto I believe it was. No doubt he was offered some better coin back with his old company, money talks in this business. Also a good decision with Adam taking the role at this stage. No doubt someone will fill the shoes soon one would think, and presumably Adam is going to take his time and make the right decision (again) with the MD appointment given production is slated for circa 2 years. I would expect that leading into PFS/BFS/Reserve status for PG we will see BOD changes and shuffles to get the mix right.
