I see where you're coming from but as you say they're calling out benign impacts for 2019 which I now assume will mean their 2019 report should? be in line with forecast.
As for 2020, we're not there yet and if/when cooler weather kicks in I'm hoping low $2 will be a distant memory. I'm not a big fan of management but I had a dabble at $2.41 after seeing this.
Not super confident but I like the odds. Let's see this time next year If they keep paying dividends I'll consider anything above $2.50 a modest win but I'm hoping for $3+ on the way to $4.
