No idea about the CFO departure timing.
However, now that SXL has riddled itself of the TV liabilities, I'm expecting further M/A action in early '25. Whether that involves ARN, is another issue.
The way ARNs MC has tanked and after the recent programming fubars, maybe it will be SXL, in conjunction with a cashed up partner, putting a hostile bid in to buy ARN
One thing is for sure, there are some big players involved, as major shareholders with both companies, and consolidation is still being spruiked by all parties.
2025 is going to be interesting for employees and shareholders in both companies.
