Yep, he knows the finances of the company better than anyone, obviously, then bailed!
He definitely bailed for a reason, ny assumption is the state of the finances he was in charge of are now untenable and he wants nothing to do with con notes on his resume, understandably.
Ironically, an announcement saying the CEO had departed would have been great news, the CFO, not so much in my opinion.
