Whilst I agree the timing was s$&thouse, and the lack of real communication on the resignation from management is not good. I am hopeful that it’s a simple realignment of responsibilities and the CFO from LimePay stayed and the CFO from Spenda moved on. After all both companies had a CFO prior to the acquisition and you don’t need 2 moving forward now the merge is complete.
