Really? Loaded with options after 5 or 6 years working with the company and just walk away? Of course the odd CFO will walk away for personal reasons. No one at his level can be forced to resign. There would always be a settlement. He’s only late 40’s so not too old. But your explanation of conflict with other ELT members might hold water.
