zmans, it does look that way. But, I would prefer that Niko and co do not have control over the company. Reserach tells me it is not a good move for BRD (See Reefton, QNL, IC2, RML etc etc).... Realistically, for this co to reach its potential, we need a board with directors who have experience taking small miners to either mining stage or introducing JV partners. Takeover is also a good option. I don't see the current board having that experience, and perhaps even the reverse. Only my opinion

In developing a small co(miners or not) management experience with solid track records is paramount to success....otherwise it generally ends up as a waisted opportunity.....with the directors being the only ones who make $$$$$$$$$$
