Presumably B.Parfet resigned before was pushed. The rest of management plus those displaced by him could hardly have been happy with either his style or his (non-existent) results. So much for 'definitely within 12 months'.
So we assume the OEM play has failed. That still leaves the patents we have. Can anyone shed light on what these might now be worth? Patents mean we have paid to protect intellectual property - ostensibly stuff we have that no-one else can use it. How does this square with the increasing feeling here that our space is no longer uniquely occupied by us?
