I have been lurking for a while now but there are a few things...

I have been lurking for a while now but there are a few things that have caused me to sell today:

1. Bill selling or holding is a non-issue - the amount of money he has invested is such a minuscule portion of his total wealth and as mentioned, unlikely to get much back given the liquidity of the stock.
2. No succession plan - curious as to why Bill didn't stick around for long enough for a replacement Chairman to be identified?
3. Cash burn rate - lets say that the December 2020 target is met. We currently have enough cash on hand for less than 12 months of current burn rate. I have no doubt that capital will be raised in the next 12 months and i also have no doubt this cash burn rate will increase as we get closer to commercialisation.

I do believe in the tech and I do hope for the best for those remaining in but for now I will be sitting on the sidelines until a) end of 2020 expectations are met and b) short-term cash is resolved (via debt/capital raise).
