Ok I spoke to our Chairman and he said they will stick to the plan to have the DFS ready by the end of Sep or thereabouts. Decision to mine at the end of the year.
From what he said there is big demand for Tin and all top shareholders are very supportive and they want this project up and running ASAP.

I still do not know why would anyone sell now.
