What IP rights ... From my memory there were no patents registered or am I mistaken also am I mistaken because I don't think that there were any R&D Tax applications / refunds, which leads me imo to think that maybe there was nothing really different "disruptive" in our products .....
What I really want to know is why the CBA pulled out..... there just has to be a whole more to the story/saga !!
