This company has been decimated by poor leadership. The good news is revenue is still high, and the balance sheet still has net assets of around $197m, although $134m is goodwill and $61m intangibles.
I think with the right leadership they could recover well, but the current CEO was the wrong person and should have been moved a while ago. I want to see if they hire another SAP, IBM type like the recently departed CEO who will talk about growth without any real understanding, or find a go getting product builder who understands more than buzz words. The person should understand the market, as well as know how to build a business. If they go for the go getting business builder I will definitely re-invest.
