I hope you are right. Mount Arthur would have been great for NHC. BUT if instead we get New Acland approved, its great news. NHC essentially can double production with minimal capital cost in a very short time period. If THAT New Acland approval comes NHC will have a very good day. I can't see the QLD Gov stalling it much longer.
