Totally agree, they can carve out their own space. People will be happy to pay a premium for something they cannot get elsewhere. Otherwise businesses operating in similar spaces would be unable to compete.
This focus on the pure trading cost is missing the point. The support the trading platform provides is actually where the value is, and they need to get back to strengthening that and stop the blobby people advertising craziness...
