Just spoke to Peter Stern for 20 minutes as he's calling for support. He will also be leaving if either Ken or John leaves. He mentions that himself, and John are committed to bring the company up but unpredictables (as per current issues) are out of their control (positives or negatives).

Question is, in regards to any business (disregarding abnormal scenarios), does the company currently have solutions with consistent numbers to go to cash flow positive / profit (with current or new board)?
