Imo IF a company is a penny stock then management should be paid accordingly....just because of the 50/1 consolidation and a sp of .58c it still makes MGT a penny stock.
Management imo made a big mistake bringing the consolidation in prematurely and without any institutional investors it will continue to to fall and with another C/R this will further deplete the sp.
TNG didn't have consolidations but with so many C/Rs over years with comments like this will see us through to finance. only to have more and more down the track..
Management should be paid in accordance to the Market value. Performance shares.

I agree, I believe MGT will produce iron ore one day under current management or totally different company, I use this current downturn as opportunity to average down for myself, therefore if share price should fall that’s fine for me. But like I’ve mentioned time frames quoted in the past announcements were totally unrealistic and misleading people. Lesson learned on my behalf.
