Is this normal? :
To cancel all major exploration, then to pay out pretty much all remaining cash as a settlement to the driller that hasnt lifted a finger, then to sell major stakes in the companies projects at an apparent knock down price, then for many of the managers who made these decisions to immediately resign??!!
