actually looks like Macquarie sold ems for about 85mil, which given covid, is probably in a very similar state/value as it was at the time of the sale pre covid.
But 6x sales for omnis might be a tad optimistic.
for reference another company I hold ppl has psr of 2x and growing at 25% last year, and now at 50%yoy at last update with similar massive tam (and is cash flow positive)
