    Im averaging at $0.74 cents been in for a few years. I hope it can get back close to my buy in, however I am in it long term for the div.
    If I had more money I would buy more now to average down. I figure when rates pull back and the scare tatics from the media ( regarding office space), this stock will bounce back.
