So Non-Exec Director who also sat on audit/risk committee resigns after 3 months on the Board. For personal reasons, but doesn't relinquish her other Board appointments.
CFO resigns (admittedly to take up another ASX CFO role) within 1.5 years of appointment.
It doesn't feel like we're in for stellar upcoming results.
