if there is trust in the company management then one accepts the integrity of the announcement. The company is well managed.
”personal reasons” seems more than satisfactory.
The recent bounce was welcome but several independant broking houses had flagged the overheated price when north of $20 & trading on a huge PE multiple of over 140x.
without news it may weaken coming into 30 June - like without tangible news. Too good a stock to believe the current trend will continue.
