The board needs to find a person and align them with shareholders. Give them shit loads of options and a long lockin period.
This company has a great future....that is why Bain and others have been running the ruler over them...and put that crazy low bid in......with some good management and 2-3 year time horizian....they can Make BAP Great Again!
