Very normal for any employees to change job or moved to a better pay job. Move to more interesting relevation. BHEL in India is building lithium-ion battery plant to combat India pollution. The plant aims to produce 1gwh first year and gradually upgraded to 40gwh. Given demand for lithium, it would double the demand once India consumers were also on board to combat pollution. Once India was on board, it's likely that China would loss leverage on lithium world price. Going forward damn good for global environment.
