I guess we will find out tomorrow or the day after their excuse for not lodging the report they had 2 months to prepare. Although the ASX will turn a blind eye - the secretary resigning the day after it was due and the R&D rebate should have no impact on this report for the FY up to June 30.
Is their game plan now to hope for delisting for failure to lodge this report?
