Can I kindly ask you why are you wandering in the ENT without holding with sell sentiment?

Even we are living in a democratic country with full freedom of speaking/speech, no need to spit blood to a former holding company.

About a real fact behind a joint company secretary's resignation, it may only know by company inner circle people. However, it is more likely as the company has another renowned company secretary and director Mr Graeme Smith and likely recent somewhat disappointing capital raising and likely to save some cost but no clear reason for jumping a ship alike as you said.
