You are correct, it appears TC and Kenneth were involved in a company SAY which this company appears to have gone under.

Hmmm a company goes under (SAY) and completely fails and TC reacts by taking the man running that company (The CEO) and employs him into another (APG). Does he not have a responsibility as Chairman to protect shareholders and company interests? Is this not a violation of his role to directly employ someone who has proven they are unfit for the role by running a public company into insolvency? Is this not a removable offence being neglect of duties??? Food for thought.
