I agree he knows a lot about it but it may have been the cause of arguments in how to deal with it. Also Milan is a pretty humble guy, having seen tough times and had humble beginnings. IMHO if it is made to work probably through a much better Cu price he will be happy to be vindicated. I was there when he was chucked out / made to fall on his sword at straits re-Tritton in NSW. He took it in his stride and as far as I know the mine is still going.
