Posting the votes is petty and not really a good indication as it could just be a few large holders, plenty don’t ever be bothered voting and most didn’t know what the F was really going on.

Seems Bronwyn is a bit unprofessional the guy had every right to go to court which was vindicated by the court ruling he could present his case to shareholders. Claiming it was a waste of time and money is bullshit they he was forced to do it because they were acting outside the law.

Just putting myself in his position, they tell him to resign after he says they are putting their hands in the cookie jar a bit much, when he doesn’t they call a meeting and ask shareholders to vote without a detailed explanation and don’t allow him to present his case as per the law.

Seems to be a crew of friends on the board etc all fattening up their holdings for a big payday, that’s great for us shareholders as they are going to go themselves as much as possible and we obviously will be included in that.

Seems Bronwyn is moving on good chance she will cash out after settlement.
