Who makes that decision to take someones freedom and lock them into a country and what level of proof is required to do it?
To keep JK in Aus means there would have to be a justifiable reason to not let him out.
What reasons are you saying exist to keep him in Aus that the authorities don't know about?

The fact he is gone means there was no reason to keep him at the time. Kinda means ASX issues years before he left are just really ASX issues. If ASX had major concerns outside of a breach of their rules the authorities would have acted.

A disclosure breach of listing rules (according to ASX) does not make a criminal, especially when it is always a grey area argument of when the point of disclosure materialism is reached.

Just say ASX never suspended ISX around the time of the OM report whilst looking under the hood. Do you think ISXFEU would have been created and JK would have left to "fleece" you.
