But if I was to guess, I'd guess that these resignations are because the two directors who resigned disagreed with the other directors on whether or not to put up the security required to run the case.
Does that mean they thought that the security should be put up, and the other directors did not, so they resigned?
Or does that mean they thought that the security should not be put up, and the other directors thought that it should, so they resigned?
Or does it have nothing to do with the security and the case?
We may not ever find out.
