She has a strong understanding of technology and operational experience managing fast growing businesses through the change process. The Board will continue to focus on Director renewal over the next 6 months within the context of our skills matrix."
Its not surprising to see a director go, but didnt expect it to be the newest appointment, i wonder if Christine was bought in specifically to pass on her experience in M&A and integration, and was expected to be short-lived. Or if it just wasnt working out.
In any case, there is a strong board, so we can afford to cycle through a few to look for better options.
