Its not surprising to see a director go, but didnt expect it to be the newest appointment, i wonder if Christine was bought in specifically to pass on her experience in M&A and integration, and was expected to be short-lived. Or if it just wasnt working out.

In any case, there is a strong board, so we can afford to cycle through a few to look for better options.

I disagree. IMO such a short tenure on the board is not a good look for the board and/or Christine in this case. It appears to have been a trivial appointment, which brings into question the decision-making process of the board and/or the quality and commitment of potential candidates for Directorship.
