This was a risk that I considered when first investing; the age of Dr Melrose.
In end I figured that RCE 327 was more like a "mission" for him than a chore, and he would go when he is ready.
I think that "mission" has largely been accomplished, and that his work is done.
Time to enjoy a few games of golf Dr Melrose, well done!
