Let’s wait and see then if ASIC, ASX and institutional investors think CE having greater perceived influence over Board deliberations is a good idea.
The Australian capital markets are watching this all unfold and it will be setting a precedent for others to follow.
AFR will no doubt keep the pressure on too.
my personal suspicion is that CE will be taking a trip on one of the last MinRes leased jets to that lovely country of the long white cloud … and not coming back.
