My thoughts exactly, hes the major shareholder and this is his baby. He needs to stay, why people want him to go is beyond me. He stuffed up, but do you really think we can get someone better. Hopefully his pride is hurt a little and he wants to redeem the situation for himself and the company. As for the directors that left, so what, what value did they add. They are meant to have processes in place to stop this type of 'misconduct' in the first place. I've dealt with these types before, preening themselves with self indignant righteousness after the event.
