    I dont think there is much to take over to be honest. Sales staff can easily go elsewhere. There is the loan book/annuity income which would be wiped out if the debt was paid.

    I would be surprised if these guys meet their adjusted earnings forecasts in this result. Another downgrade to come in the next 6-8 weeks i would say.
