Ann: Resignation of Director- Michael Ottaviano, page-45

I own shares in CCE. His resignation from NUH would have nothing to do with NUH and everything to do with cce. It is a mess and it has occurred under his leadership. They purchase a company for 13 million 18 months ago called EMC. They did a cash raise 1.5 months ago in which MO spruiked how we need money and that the pipeline of work for EMC would soon pay dividends. The company (CCE) would be in profit FY2019 and we were about to get record revenues. Then they sell EMC to TAG for 4 million dollars.
To say long term holders are annoyed is a bit like saying the Filipino basketball team are partial to a bit of push n shove. Massive understatement.
MO leaving the board of NUH is no loss. He has a huge mess to clean up at CCE
