Langfrist is a private german invesmtent vehicle owned by Norman Rentrop. Norman Rentrop and Mr. Kraemer lead an "investment alliance" that fought a legal battle in the german MVNO business around 2004. They are experienced battle horses in the teleco space. What if Langfrist acts as the stepping-stone for Freenet to enter Oz ? I was just looking for an explanation why Mr. Kraemer - who expressed very strong commitment to the company during the capital raise - resigned out of the blue. A possible bid from Freenet could be a reason - but also private matters or a major dispute inside amaysim. In the latter case it would have been smarter to resign at the AGM later this year.
