    The fact that Newexco taking stock in exchange for work doesn't mean much. If anything, I understand that they'd still get paid for their work and the materialisation of stock = $$ is the cherry on top.

    Please correct me if I am wrong on this but from my interpretation, they aren't just taking purely stock in exchange for their work.
